Building Philosophy

Classical Architecture

Have you ever heard the old adage, they don’t build them like they used to? Well we have. And, while some things are impossible to duplicate, we make every effort to use the time-honored styles and traditions of the past to bring all the character of the old into the new homes we build. That said, Trillium Construction Group is not entirely tied to the past. Great innovations in construction and energy efficiency have been made through the years and we make every effort to incorporate the best of the old world into the contemporary construction techniques used today.

Customer Satisfaction

Building a new home has been described as one of the most stressful and relationship-straining activities know to mankind. We at Trillium believe it doesn’t have to be that way. Building a home should be fun. We enjoy what we do and it is our goal to make sure our homebuyer does as well. We don’t like surprises in construction and understand that through good communication and organization, there shouldn’t be any.

Commitment to Quality

By using the best materials we can buy and the best sub-contractors we can find, our buyers can rest assured they are buying top quality construction. We pride ourselves in having a tiny punch-list after a walk-through and after our homeowners move into their home, we don’t get very many calls for repairs. We do it right the first time and you can count on that.
