Chad Milford is a Real Estate Broker, Builder, and Developer with a BA from Kennesaw State University. He currently lives in the East Cherokee County Community of Free Home with his wife, Kellie and 2 children, Reid and Anna Cleo. Chad has been selling Real Estate for ten years and has been the broker of his own company for seven.
In 2008, wanting to focus his efforts on his hometown and surrounding area, he formed Home and Land Brokers with Paulette Pond, Peggy Smith, and Lauren Reese. Chad is very active in his community and looks forward to many more years of continuing to help make sure Free Home and the surrounding area remains the best place to live in Georgia. Chad handles all the sales and marketing for Trillium Construction Group.

Lauren Reese
Lauren Reese is a full-time professional Realtor and an Atlanta native. She received a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Public Relations and Child and Family Development at the University of Georgia in May of 2000. Then in 2005 earned her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University.
Although she enjoyed helping couples and families, an opportunity presented itself where she could work with her experienced mentor and now partner, Peggy Smith, so she switched gears to real estate where she is now able to help families find homes they love! Lauren finds real estate to be a positive and challenging career choice and enjoys working with her talented partners at Home and Land Brokers, LLC. Lauren lives in South Forsyth with her husband Jeremy and 2 children Grant and Elle and their Labrador, Bella.

Peggy Smith
First licensed as a Realtor in 1984, Peggy began her career in real estate here in Atlanta at Coldwell Banker and achieved the "Rookie of the Year" award her first year. Being a native of the Atlanta area provided many opportunities to assist buyers and sellers. Subsequently, 20 years of experience in luxury communities and property management, working with developers on projects such as Country Club of the South in Alpharetta and Hawks Ridge Golf Club culminated in the business concept of The Smith-Reese Group.
In 2004, Peggy achieved the designation of Associate Broker and is now an owner of Home and Land Brokers, LLC. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Georgia 400 North Board of Realtors. Peggy has earned the Million Dollar Club designation "Four Million Dollar Producer" and has continued to hold this for the past 4 years.
She enjoys spending time with family, travel, boating on Lake Lanier, and walking with her dogs Skye, Reef, and Kaya.
